These Terms govern the use of the Migo mobile application and the associated physical Migo hardware. By accessing or using the app, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Migo platform and services.
2. User Obligations
By creating an account, you agree to the following obligations:
- To provide accurate, current, and complete identity information.
- Not to misuse the platform for spam, harassment, or unauthorized tracking.
- Not to upload unlawful, explicit, or offensive content to your profile.
- Not to attempt unauthorized access to the CMS or other users' profiles.
3. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
4. Intellectual Property
All application technology, software, design, logos, and branding belong exclusively to LoQal AI Ventures. Users retain full ownership of the personal data and content they upload to their individual profiles.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoQal AI Ventures shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application, including but not limited to lost data, lost connections, or hardware malfunction.
6. Termination
Users may terminate their account at any time through the application settings. Upon termination, all personal data will be processed for deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
