1. Standard Orders (Single Cards)
We accept cancellation requests for standard Migo cards within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a return under our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Custom & Enterprise Bulk Orders
For custom branded cards and Enterprise Bulk orders, cancellations are strictly handled on a case-by-step basis:
- Pre-Production: Orders can be cancelled with a full refund if the manufacturing/printing process has not begun.
- Post-Production: Once custom artwork has been printed onto the physical NFC cards, the order is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
3. Digital Subscriptions
For Pro Web CMS or Native App hosting subscriptions associated with Reseller plans, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Mid-cycle refunds are not provided for digital infrastructure.
